Hi Dave, and all who are concerned,

My name is Kiril Chukanov, do you remember me? After long absence, I'm back to your "Free energy" web-site. What's new about my Quantum Free Energy work?

First, you can read my paper presented( last fall) on the New Energy conference in Salt Lake City - please visit my web-site : www.chukanovenergy.com. On 41 pages I presented a lot of information about my Quantum Energy work including "free tips" about QE research equipment and some practical applications. My intellectual property on QE is well protected.

During this long absence from the cyber-space of the Free energy yahoo group, I had business contacts with several potential investors. I would like to remind you that QE is economically efficient starting some min level of input service power - more than 100 kw, so, I need some financial help to build an industrial QE generator for commercialization.

Unfortunatelly all these "investors" were wrong ones. All they needed was a full information about my QE project in exchange of some false promises for abundant investment. Some of them are, for sure, a foreign intellegence spies. My lab was also visited by some scientists from NASA and some US national labs. Only free information, no thanks, no names. Those people think that they can get from me all information for granted, because I'm an American citizen. No thanks, no more free information for them. Here, I would like to mension one name of such a false investors : Abdul Mitha, a lier, most likely some Middle East country spy. Actually, he is a Free energy yahoo group member. My advice - avoid any contacts with him.

Now I'm building in my lab a small "health center" (jagguzi, sauna,and steam room) which will be supplied with quantum free energy.

Also, I'm preparing now the third volume of my General Quantum Mechanics, which will be published first on my web-site(sometimes next summer). In this book I considere many new problems : new developpment of my theory about the structure of the universe, the nature of gravity and electromagnet interactions, the nature of the Primari substances in the universe, new developpment in the field of QE including draft of 200 kw QE generator, etc.

I will accept proposal coming from serious investors, or I will work as an active consultant on QE practical applications(peacful and military) from the following countries: USA(first priority), Germany(second priority), Russia, France, UK, and India.

And, most likely, I will post on my web-site some very surprising QE items, including some military applications.

Yes, he is entitled to his opinion. BUT. When he is presenting his opinion as fact to 6 million people and his opinion is essentially wrong or misleading then I think that he should point out the fact that he is only presenting his opinion. Mike, the carbon falls out as atomic carbon and can be collected for
many other uses. If you look at the Gas Chromatogram on my website,
you will see an artifact reading for methane and zero Carbon
Monoxide - indicating the carbon is being prevented from recombining
in the reactor. We have plans for entering many industries
simultaneously, including compressed gas and chemical manufacture.

As far as Mallove's statement about scientists attempting to suppress
the birth of new technology - he is not only correct, but personally
guilty of same. My technology produces H2 from oil with such unheard
of efficiency - soon, nobody will bother investing another dime in
anether research for power, as my Plasma is the answer to many
problems - including tapping the ZPF. But for now - we will destroy
environmental hazards and convert them into profit, for the benefit
of the planet.

Eugene, with my condolences - you bet on the wrong horse.
