Discussion of Lynds paper on Time

Douglass A. White writes: I read over the Peter Lynds article on time, downloading the 7 pages that presumably were published in Found. Phys. Lett. The attached file contains a discussion of his article and considerations relevant to the topic.
Our understanding of time is very relevant to the energy issue, because energy means a potential or actual change, and the only way we can talk about such things involves time. The unit of energy is a mass times a velocity squared, and a velocity is a ratio of space to time.
(Douglass' file is in our Downloads/New-Energy section - please note that his previous paper "How to Build a Dirac Current Positron Generator" has been added to the Downloads/ZPE-related section).
