...the science behind the NGU if far more inscrutable, complicated and involved than you can imagine where many branches of science are interwoven in a complex rubric.
The key element in the mechanisms in the NGU is exciton polariton condensation (Bose Einstein condensate - BEC). There are not many people who understand this subject and there are even less who are interested in it but it makes the NGU go.
This condensate usually exists at low temperatures but in the NGU the producing of negative mass and energy insolates this condensate from any external affects. This subject is beyond current science but is posited to have occurred in early universe theory and is a great unrecognized discovery by Dr. Rossi.
Let us start with the exciton BEC. An exciton-polariton Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) that we call Exotic Vacuum Objects (EVO) is a powerful producer of light due to its unique combination of properties, stemming from its dual nature as both light (photons) and matter (excitons). The EVO is a confined ball of light that grows larger over time until it becomes unstable and explodes.
Here's why it's such a prodigious light source:
Bose-Einstein Condensation: In a BEC, a significant fraction of bosonic particles occupy the same lowest-energy quantum state. For exciton-polaritons, this means they essentially act as one giant, coherent wave. Each polariton only lives for a few picoseconds and the polariton aggregation emits light continually as each polariton terminates. When these polaritons decay, they emit photons that inherit this coherence, resulting in laser-like light emission.
The NGU is configured to use the vacuum to pump energy into this aggregation of BECs. Many micron sized bubbles of this BEC form inside the plasma in a process called Nucleation and grow large over time feeding on this vacuum energy.
Low Effective Mass: Exciton-polaritons have an extremely small effective mass, derived from their photonic component. This means they can reach the conditions necessary for BEC at relatively high temperatures compared to traditional atomic BECs,
Strong Nonlinearity: Excitons contribute a strong nonlinearity to the polariton system, leading to interactions between the polaritons. These interactions allow the polaritons to efficiently thermalize and scatter into the ground state, facilitating the formation of the BEC.
Tunability and Control: Exciton-polariton BECs offer various ways to control the emitted light, such as manipulating the propagation direction by influencing the polaritons' momentum within the condensate through repulsive interactions with the exciton reservoir. This process is not described in Rossi's patent.
Potential for Room Temperature Operation: The properties mentioned above, particularly the low effective mass and strong nonlinearity, enable the possibility of achieving exciton-polariton BEC and coherent light emission at room temperature. This is a significant advantage over traditional BECs which often require extremely low temperatures near absolute zero.
In essence, exciton-polariton BECs act as efficient, low-threshold, and potentially room-temperature sources of coherent light due to the macroscopic occupation of the ground state by these hybrid light-matter particles, their low effective mass, strong interactions, and tunability.
The structure in the patent called "the conductive shell (2)" is customized to create and grow EVOs from vacuum energy over time. The patent does not describe this process.
