The Seriousness of Information-Internet Protocols

Research is serious business, requiring the appropriate skills, knowledge and the ability to 'know what you don't know' [Antony C. Sutton D.Sc.]. The Internet [ARPA-net] is an inter-information's tool set up by the ultimate in information-gathering systems [military-industrial-complex] monitored by the FBI-CIA-NSA and not forgetting all the branches of Military. The Internet has been structured to monitor current communications traffic from among the 'local' populace to identify and regulate the 'thinking' and 'mind-set' of 'current-forward-seeking' data-collection 'individuals'.

This is not a 'free' system, but it is relatively 'cheap' in deference to the 'methodologies' applied.

And because it is a relatively 'simple' system of communication---it has [de facto] become a 'global' system where even the relatively 'very' poor can participate.

It should thus be used to 'educate-inform-articulate' those 'principles' and 'structures' that can best 'qualify and quantify' the needs and aspirations of the 'many' who regard the use of the 'internet' as their only source of integrated 'communication' within the real world.

Thus when 'individual's sabotage [as they have done-and continue to do] the simplicity of the internet [via] email systems by 'loading' [spamming] it's 'structure' with [debilitating] data [considered harmless] superfluous to its [intended] use. Then those 'individuals' should be considered 'persona-non-grata'. Because what they are really doing is 'sabotaging' this 'system of communication' at the expense of the providers and receivers.

The 'Internet" is not only a 'virtual' reality based 'system'----It has become THE reality based system because IT is now a vital 'resource' to circumvent the 'control paradigm'-- and those who would seek to prohibit, prevent, and privatize [absolute control] its 'structure' are rapidly 'accelerating their efforts.

I personally applaud the best efforts of the owner of Energy 2000 in Australia, who has tirelessly provided 'most of us' with an access vehicle into significant sources of over-unity data. Then comes Jean-Louis Naudin of France to my mind, a superb 'research-analyst' who applies significant 'engineering' skills and 'dynamics' [in my opinion] unparalleled. Verifying such anomalies as the M.E.G and Cold [LENR-CANR] Fusion. Knowing full well the 'ramifications' that can follow such disclosure. These are very brave men indeed. They have become the unsung heroes for a 'needy' and 'unappreciative' world.

In the 'virtual world' of the Internet, 'attacks' by the 'control paradigm' come in the form of 'interference' patterns and 'dilution of data' protocols. What may 'appear' to be 'innocent' and 'innocuous' can develop into distractions and distortions. Due diligence is required to maintain an equilibrium and an eloquence to 'sustain' the 'integrity' and the 'interpretation' of the data transmitted.

All the Best,

Leslie R. Pastor

PS: The Internet has become a lower tier data 'system'. There is a 'higher' tier data protocol where the real 'communications' are taking place. Special 'access' has been provided for 'priority' reference to 'qualified' [need-to-know] individuals.
