Leading researchers present paper on vacuum physics at Virginia conference.

Two of the leading researchers in the field of zero point field physics, Harold E. Puthoff and Michael Ibison, are presenting a paper titled, "Polarized Vacuum ‘Metric Engineering’ Approach to GR-Type Effects," at the MITRE Conference held May 8, 2003 at McLean, VA. The paper is posted in pdf form on Puthoff’s EarthTech website ( http://www.earthtech.org/ ) According to the paper’s abstract, in addition to other findings, the researchers conclude that the PV approach treats metric changes in terms of vacuum dielectric perturbations. MITRE is a not-for-profit national resource that provides systems engineering, research and development, and information technology support to the government. You can find the paper at Puthoff’s EarthTech website here:. ( http://www.earthtech.org/publications/Mitre%20Conference.pdf )
