New energy researcher seeks participants in online study of radiant energy.
Bruce Perreault, a new energy researcher, seeks participants to explore how a radiant energy receiver works and to learn more about radiant energy.
Participants would be expected to buy a motor/generator kit, available on the web.
Perreault cautions that he is not making any claims of over-unity or free energy. The project is to be used primarily as a learning experience.
