Tim Ventura (AmericanAntigravity) writes: After a late-2005 funding announcement by inventor & scientist Dr. Kiril Chukanov, he mysteriously disappeared to begin the task of setting up a new laboratory in an undisclosed country to complete his research. These photos of his new facility recently surfaced, showing a variety of new equipment, as well as his latest achievement, the "Angelina VI" ball-lightning generator.
Chukanov's research focuses on harnessing the power of
artificially-generated ball-lightning plasmoids for the extraction of
zero-point energy, and comes as the result of decades of intense study
of this phenomenon by Chukanov, who's authored numerous books
describing methods for producing ZPE electrical energy based on a
variety of conceptual leaps in Quantum Mechanics.
