The newer understanding through Quantum Field Theories (QFT) of the vacuum or indeed, any bipolar aether theory of the Faraday/Maxwell/Lorentz kind can account for the resistance to acceleration (inertia) and persistence of motion (momentum) and the attraction between atomic and molecular bodies of ordinary matter identified as gravitation. . . . .
