The trick is in the preparation of the nickel. 3- Piantelli professes to have a comprehensive theory of the hydrogen-nickel reaction, which may speed up his group’s research. What does means ''new fuel'' ? a] Does it means that Ni will be replaced ? And in this case Piantelli will not work with Ni-H anymore. But such hypothesis contradicts item 3. b] Does it means that Piantelli is introducing a catalyst ? In the end of the article it's written: ''Cold fusion is not exactly suffering from a lack of explanatory hypotheses, but if Piantelli’s hypothesis fits well with the available evidence and, more importantly, if it makes predictions that can be tested experimentally, it will be worthy of the notice even of detractors of cold fusion research''. d] Does it means that Piantelli is able to make predictions in Ni-H Rossi-Focardi experiment ? e] Does it means that Piantelli already discovered the catalyst used by Andrea Rossi, and he is implementing the catalyst in his Ni-H reactor ? | Parent
