I was just looking up where blacklight had gotten its initial moneys from and low and behold it started with some NASA stuff and then I dug into its people, well these are not just your normal PhD they are MIL PhDs that caused some more digging and looking where money went. After about two days on the internet and looking through government programs related to blacklight stuff, I was convinced that most of blacklight money had come in one form or another from NASA and CIA and the NSF. You just have to do some digging and follow the money. Don’t think this was an easy job to do it was not. Most of the programs are somewhat of a disguised program to cover the real money tracks. You need to look up the peaces of the puzzle. Follow the names, follow the addresses, look up grants past and present…. The big clinch was the 80,000 sq foot government building that they pay a few $K a year for…. Why a building like that goes for $25 a sq foot or more a month…. They are having it handed to them for nothing, they only pay so it shows up in the government accounting as some kind of rent that it does not show a red flag. The only people in the government that get this kind of treatment are the JASONs…. Dig into the background of the people blacklight uses and you will find they are of interest. Look up the programs that the PhD's that work for blacklight have had money issued to them. If it walks like a duck and looks like a duck & sounds like a duck then it a duck.
 
The other thing about blacklight is they got millions of dollars of test equitment to use for free..... from JPL..... ????   Do you get millions of dollars of free test equipment.   How do you take apart an atom, you look at the sum of the whole.  Look up each PhD and his programs and who works for him and their programs.  Amost no money went direct to blacklight it went to the PhD direct or the people that work for them.

Where did all the subatomic-money come from?

This is government through and through. The guy may have not started out this way, but you will find that our good old government does not let new types energy systems fall into the wrong hands. I should know.

Executive Engineering has been, stopped at every corner by DARPA alone. They don’t want to share the technology " and that’s a quote" direct from a DARPA guy.

Sure the Nuclear Accelerated Generator "NAG" could solve all the energy problem in the country but what about oil….WOW hold on now, all those Senators have oil stock…. Aw we can’t have their stock go down in value….!

Scientist: This should be a wake up call to you all…..!!!!!!

Fighting the system is at best a breakeven point when it comes to energy. Most people loose!

The NAG is not dead yet… DARPA is caught between a rock and hard spot right now. The problem is oil or the cost their of, and Nuclear….. is a bad word. Blacklight is the go between….you still get something to burn and run engines. But the car makers are quickly changing over to electric.. that’s when the NAG comes into play, its electric.

Zp-Energy is 50 years off yet and at least that is what the DARPA guys tell me.

To tell the truth the Government is a little too late in all of this. The old boys are a little too old and have fallen short in their sight.

How this will all end is anyone’s guess.
