Overtone (Mark Goldes) writes: Magnetic Power Inc. is experiencing a serious, but very temporary, cash crisis. Sadly, it could require the closing of our Washington State development laboratory in a few days. This laboratory includes a temperature controlled room that has been converted into a Faraday shielded enclosure, and contains delicate, expensive, equipment. Closing this facility, in order to relocate, could set back, by several months, ongoing work that presently promises a near-term, solid-state, Demonstration Device that will provide definitive proof that extraction of energy from inexhaustible, pollution free, Virtual Photon Flux is a practical possibility.
Descriptions of solid-state generators that can power automobiles, and scale to a megawatt or more, are already in the patent office.
The Company is half a year behind in the rent, due to an investor not fulfilling a written agreement. This has primarily been the result of personal factors at his end. We presently believe we have to begin to exit that building by the end of the day, on Tuesday, March 28th, 2006. The landlord has been extremely patient, but eviction proceedings are close to termination, which is scheduled for the morning of Thursday, March 30th.
We are seeking emergency help.
The firm has a number of large transactions pending and a few are close to completion, but it is extremely unlikely one of these will release funds in time.
However, it is quite probable that one or more of these will provide significant capital within a matter of a few weeks.
Therefore, we are seeking bridge loans, from individuals, to cover this, and a few other modest, but urgent, working capital requirements without delay.

I do not give free demonstrations anymore, however if an oil, gas electrical power company, or official representatives of a government such as China would be interested in witnessing this discovery, I would be happy to meet with them after specific agreements are made. Humans are rapidly approaching a 'point of no return' in which the damage that is being inflicted to this planet will be irreversible. The only way out is for someone to stand up, and crack the world like an egg and destroy pathetic ideologies which have plagued mankind for several millenia. What it really comes down to, Chris, is you're either part of the solution or you're part of the problem. The path you are choosing to follow, at this point in time, clearly shows what a selfish individual you are -- and also clearly shows that you don't give a shit about this planet. You are like 99% of the rest of the parasitical population...which is quite unfortunate, but not at all surprising.
Therefore, until you can prove otherwise, you shall be considered a fraud -- that goes for everyone else who is taking a capitalist stance on free energy and overunity devices.

(User Info | Send a Message) | I have to agree with you, and mendacity is one of the persistent problems in this area, the level of fraud is practically 100%. I came to this conclusion almost at the beginning of this work; that investigating these claims is a waste of time and effort. One is just better off to study the known physical laws and develop ideas from them, instead of trusting the work of promoters.
That mendacity also makes it almost impossible for serious development to occur in this field and to get serious dialog going in the scientific community about the probability of FE/OU. Thats because the specious promoters try to invent their own laws of physics, invent new unheard of particles to explain why their machines should function, but inevitably don't.
There exist serious inroads into the FE/OU problem that show it is not intractable, it may in fact be less complicated than first thought. But.... it depends on basic research, which by the way, is not as expensive as one might think. |

Maybe a marker of a new technology is the production of materials not available on Earth - what do you say to that?
Tell us how cheap basic research is, because I was just quoted $5,000 for "one" detonating compaction of my Super Ultra Ultra High Carbon Steel powders - and that did not even include the $500 for basic SEM or hardness analysis of the finished plate. Ten test plates is only $50,000 and then they require analysis. If you ask any prototype building company to build a prototype, they will demand at least $100K, but if it has any complication all, it will cost more. So if it is all that cheap and so easy to do - why doesn't everyone already have all the answers to ZPE tapping or Dense Plasma Focus Fusion?

BTW, SEM and TEM from several labs was clear on what the Steel was, from 10 to +30% carbon steel. The highest published record was 5% carbon from a DOE report, and that steel has amazing properties.
I bought a vacuum sintering furnace because at $500 per sintering it was cheaper to just buy the furnace. The material produced was strange enough to apply for additional patents on the product, and all I can say is - it is nothing like any of the metallurgists I have talked with have ever heard of.
Consider this, even crazy people cannot consistently claim to create products that nobody has ever heard of - but I am just reporting on the data and that data has been cross checked by many Ph.D.'s What seems crazy to me is why so many people refuse to believe the data - no matter which lab produces it. BTW, my brother in law works for a major steel company and directed me to their metallurgists who also did not believe the SEM and TEM data, but that was only two years ago.
I will try that steel company and let you know what they have to say.

High carbon steel is explosive, hard to believe but true, its actually killed people that were not aware of that characterisitc. In the cooling stage just out of the casting phase, it is treated as if it were a bomb, because it is.
If water hits it before it cools off, head for the hills, and no one quite understands the reason for that wierd behavior. It may even have something to do with the vacuum flux, but I won't go out on a limb on that conjecture. |

I gave it half an hour and all numbers were dead ends. Maybe elsewhere will be better.

The rent is $3,500/month. We are $22,000 behind. That is
more like half a year. In my rush to share the word about this
emergency, I did not take the time to insure an accurate

We do not like to be behind at all.
The reality is that an individual that has invested about $500k to
date, and made a written committment last November to cover the
expenses of the labs, has largely failed to do so, for reasons that are overwhelmingly due to his personal situation.
Funding for companies without revenue, since the dot.com crash, has
been extremely difficult. This is especially true for firms
working with what has been viewed by mainstream science as
impossible.
Our subsidiary, Room Temperature Superconductors Inc., (RTS), was
receiving investments averaging $100,000/month prior to the dot.com
crash. It has had only trivial investiments since, in spite of
the huge market potential of the work as well as completion of four
Small Business Innovation Research contracts, including a difficult to
win Phase II. MPI still owns 51% of RTS. That forms a hedge
for investors, as it is now well proven technology with three issued
patents, and a pending application having 195 Claims. The latter
will be divided
into at least 5 additional patents.
Fortunately, major funds are moving toward us at last. However,
we cannot control the date of arrival and a gap is now causing a
serious working capital shortage.

Go to any news stations or newspaper or town hall and invite everyone to see demonstatrations of your 'earth shattering' technology and show them what could be possible if the project were more heavily funded. Right now, you're all talk and no show -- and that's why people don't care. Simply telling people that you have a revolutionary new technology which can change everything isn't going to be enough...interaction is required, and therefore, some form of prototype, be it primitive or fully functioning, is needed in order to convince the masses that what you are doing is, indeed, exactly as you say it is.
Any true inventor worth his grain of salt would sacrifice everything, including his/her own life, to make sure that humanity benefited from his/her discovery -- you obviously lack that trait, and that is precisely why you are in the stagnant position you are now.
Change begins with yourself -- you need to stop thrashing at the reflection, and change what is being reflected. That's good advice for everyone, including myself. |

I used to give free demos, but all of those individuals "all" ran off shaking their heads in disbelief and never came up with the money that was offered with the proof. One of them wound up working for Mark instead of providing the funding if I showed him the functioning device.
I have plenty of scientific data from Universities and professional labs all saying my products are unique forms of synthetic diamond powder - so what more does anyone need to be assured my technology MUST also be REAL. The only other way for me to have gotten these materials that are not available on Earth - is to have secured them offworld.
So if my technology is not real, you must be saying all these labs and universities have been somehow deceived and all those Ph.D.'s are really stupid. Yet elsewhere - investors keep pouring money down the drain because of slick talking shysters with NOTHING to SELL, which is amazing to me.
For your information, I have already contacted Discover, History channel, the Tribune and thousands of other institutions of public awareness - and nobody will do a story on my work or even consider a demonstration as proof - so stop being so simple as to think you are smart enough to tell me how to get funding - because you are not, otherwise you would have your own version of my reactor running right now.
Mark is begging for more money to keep attempting to build something and this masked marauder is attacking me for not sacrificing enough - and now I finally understand, this guy believes me - but he is crackers.

Also, I never said that I didn't believe in your work - I simply said that you are guilty until proven innocent. Prove to the world that you aren't a fraud, and all shall be redeemed. Your main problem is you're trying to convince all the wrong people that your invention works -- when, in reality, it is these people who will claim that it doesn't work and will steal the ideas of your invention. Just so you know, most of the media outlets, including CNN, the History Channel, 99.9% of all academic universities etc are run by Illuminati and Jesuits who wish to keep everyone from learning the truth about our reality. Zero Point Energy, specifically, will open the door to understanding the universe and everything within it - and this understanding is a threat to 'them' because they would no longer have the power to control the masses. Yes, I know, it sounds like a conspiracy, and I wish that it wasn't real, but, unfortunately, it is very much real, and the conspiracy is so monstrous that it's very hard to believe. Since the Illuminati control the media, it's going to be very hard for you, especially if you aren't a part of the pyramid scheme, to get the word out about your invention...which is why you need to stop trying to convince the academic community and the news media outlets of your discovery. Instead, you need to focus on convincing the braindead, parasitical masses; once you wake them up, there's no stopping you. But, that too, is going to be one hell of a challenge - especially if you're in this to achieve massive financial gain and to obtain the worthless 'american dream' - which is what most of these so called researchers are in this line of work for; they're waiting to strike gold, and they could care less about a paradigm shift - as long as they get their million dollar home in suburbia, and their nightly ventures to the strip club, they're happy. Before I end this conversation, I would like to point out that the only reason why the 'other' so called researchers into free energy and over unity get funding is because they are part of the Illuminati pyramid scheme. Do some research on it - you'll be amazed at just how sick and perverted this world truly is. Oh, and you aren't the only researcher not getting funding. The basic requirement is that "the Investor" can prove they have the money that is required to implement the technology once I prove that it is real and not faked. As for the semiconductive diamond powder, I have the scientific proof that it is real, but I will not give away the process.
Sandia labs seems to have tapped into the field but at what cost - several hundred Million?
