Overtone writes: Magnetic Power Inc. (MPI) is developing Magnetic Power Modules™.
Accredited Angel investors can help to accelerate exploration of this revolutionary development.
Pre-production prototypes of Demonstration Devices and a 1 Kw generator are near-term goals. We anticipate Modules will be manufactured by Strategic Partners under license next year. An obvious early application would be portable or emergency generators. A few linked modules are expected to provide power for homes 24/7.
Natural gas is predicted to be in dangerously short supply by 2006.
It may prove practical for solid-state electric power generators to be fabricated by converting off-the-shelf utility hardware. If confirmed, this could result in serial production reasonably quickly – since a wide range of the devices needed for conversion are presently catalog items. If this program is successful, on-site power would be available for apartment complexes and small business. Linking a few large Modules may supplement, or replace, some small power plants.
Plug-in hybrid cars are beginning to appear. 2 Kw modules could replace the need to plug-in. Local driving would be fuel-free and require no connection whatsoever to the utility grid. Later, optimized designs might begin to replace engines in every variety of vehicle. These generators are expected to supersede the need for gasoline, and make possible relatively rapid utilization of fuel and pollution free electric power -- a revolutionary, new, renewable energy alternative.
Together with our subsidiary, Room Temperature Superconductors Inc., (see the website: www.ultraconductors.com ), MPI has raised a total of more than $7.5 million from Angel investors. Multi-million dollar funding is anticipated in the near future.

I hope a big news channel like CNN or Fox News will pick this up and run with it once you get your product out, everyone needs to know about it! I wonder what kind of excuse Bush will come up with for using Oil at the rate we do... MPI and RTS are bankrolled by terrorists? LOL! Hopefully this product will be the wakeup call to the world. |

An progress reported posted here in August 2004

mentions that the same partner firm that will be manufacturing the 1 Kw generators would also produce Demonstration devices for schools, scientists, students and skeptics to examine. Have these plans merely been delayed, or are they abandoned for now?
I'm asking because given the history of new energy inventions, it seems that a PR strategy aimed at securing publicity for a working device is essential for overcoming suppressive efforts. |

Demonstration Devices are still very much in the picture and will be made by other firms, as they will be smaller, very low power, units. Eventually, toys are likely to be fabricated by both domestic and overseas manufacturers. |

Blogs throughout the world will be clamoring to talk about the technologies and their potential applications... which are astronomical in themselves. Many people who have been tinkering with ideas in their labs and garages, will now have a compact enough powersource to test some of their theories i.e. antigravity. The future is looking brighter already!
BTW, if this isn't too much of a question, but how long has an ultraconductor held a current? |

After a brief period of shock and disbelief that humanity's single biggest problem is gone, people will start asking a single questions
Why haven't we had this all along? Why didn't our multi-billion $ scientific-industrial complex come up with this?
And they will not like the answer they will receive:
Actually, we've had this technology for decades and possible a full century. Scientists and inventors have been creating free energy devices throughout the 20th century- and every single one of them was suppressed. Financial backers withdrew support , labs were raided or burned down, inventors or their families were threatened, governments stepped in and classified the research, patents were not granted because the invention is "impossible" or companies bought it with the intention of shelving it.
When the public realizes the full extent of the suppression that's been going on behind the scenes, the result will be a scandal of historic proportions- possibly the biggest scandal in human history. "We've been fighting wars over oil while you bastards sat on this all this time?" will be the dominant public response.
The mainstream scientific community and the organized skeptics will probably get away with pleading ignorance. "According to our best understanding of the laws of physics at the time, this was impossible" will be their excuse. They will probably all keep their jobs and their positions. But their credibility will never recover.
It will not take long for the realization to sink in that something is fundamentally wrong with the institutionalized science of the 20th century. People will start to understand that the failure of the scientific establishment to discover and develop practical ZPE was not an accident, but the result of a fundamental breakdown of the self-correcting mechanisms of science, caused by the way science is funded, conducted and communicated.
There will be a new realization that overwhelming majorities in science can be totally wrong. That far-fetched claims and "crackpot" theories may be right on ocassion. And that humanity would be well served by investigating those claims fully and without the preconceived notion that they are wrong. This will aid the cause of scientific minorities in other disciplines, such as AIDS rethinkers, archaeological revisionists such as A. West, and researchers into unusual aspects of biological systems, such as water memory, biophotons, parapsychology, "subtle energy", etc.
Introduction of a practical ZPE device will undoubtedly give more credence to those who have been working in relative obscurity on the related fields of anti-gravity and inertia control. With the blemish of marginalization and crackpot status removed, money will start to flow into these areas and lead to quick breakthroughs.
The reality of anti-gravity devices will deal a quick and mortal blow to general relativity theory - according to which, after all, antigravity is impossible. This will be a historic chance for proposed relativity alternatives such as Process Physics to prove themselves and gain general recognition.
Rehabilitation of the aether will likely have synergistic effects. Once the aether is back, it won't be long before people connect the dots and realize that the aether of physics is likely to be same thing as the subtle energy (known by many traditional names) assumed to exist by many alternative medical as well as spiritual practices.
The new physics revolution triggered by the ZPE device may therefore place many frings subjects squarely in the center of scientific research and acceptability and thus revolutionize not just human technology, not even just physics, but our entire understanding of ourselves and our place in the universe. |

Give us 10 million and we'll invent something, or maybe not!
My greatest fear is that in all the jumble of proposals, concepts and devices, someone may have come with some unexplained concept that works that will go unnoticed. Raising money first and then hope you can develop something out of thin air is shear lunacy. If you want to raise money this way, advertise yourselves as a charity.
Lots of Angel Investors may have so much money that they don't know what to do with it, my advice to them is to take their cash, drive down the street and throw it out the window.
This particular claim doesn't have much flesh on its bones, moreover even bones!

Our firm has been researching this field since it was founded in 1984. In 1993 we began a subsidiary, Room Temperature Superconductors Inc., to develop what we now call Ultraconductors(tm). Of the $7.5 million we have received from Angels to date, $5 million has been in support of that program. Four Department of Defense contracts have been completed in connection with these polymers. The work has been independently reproduced by the Ioffe Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia; the Bar Ilan University in Israel, and others. Most recently by another firm in the U.S. on a USAF Contract. Three U.S. Patents have issued and a large pending application will be divided into at least five more. A number of papers have been published in refereed journals.
Our energy work has had a total of slightly more than $2.5 million to cover 21 years of inquiry. Not exactly a great deal of money.
We have evaluated a very large number of claims in the energy field. Three years ago we began full-time support of engineers who have now achieved what I believe to be pre-commercial technology. Patent filing has begun. The purpose of producing small demonstration devices is precisely to allow anyone interested to examine a functioning generator made largely of transparent plastic and reach their own conclusions as to the validity of a new form of energy conversion -- extracting Zero Point Energy by means of magnetic technology. We will also submit a pre-commercial unit to an independent lab. |

All of our commercial generators are expected to self-power. Hal Puthoff is an old friend. As it happens, we plan to bring a pre-production unit to his lab for validation. Pre-production prototypes might not self-power, but are expected to clearly show more output than input.
We are less interested in the world paying attention, than getting the work done, and generators into production worldwide.

We know how it works, we've known how to apply it since 1981, and now we have a proven strategy for developing ZPE products and marketing them directly to the world's wealthiest and most highly motivated customers!
The scientific community has known about ZPE for more than 100 years. In fact, if J. P. Morgan had backed Nikola Tesla instead of George Westinghouse when "alternating current" electricity first became widely available in North America, we'd all be using it in our homes right now. (Since ZPE doesn't need the costly transformer networks and transmission lines that electrical power uses now, our home-supplies would be low in cost, off the "grid' and virtually trouble free).
The best news is that the technology is just beginning to be widely applied, and the potential is limitless! It's being used in products right now, and it's being refined and simplified at a blinding pace... every Scientist and Engineer and Product Manufacturer in the world wants a piece of this; they know what they're dealing with and they're ready to make it happen... hold on to your hats!
Even in its current formative state of development, it's being used right now in such products as the MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) diagnostic tool that is widely used in hospitals all over the world. It's used in products that apply the "Weigand Effect", such as SensorCard and in even newer proprietary products that are just now being used to extract hydrogen gas from tap water.
In it's earliest days, it was used to power the now well known Hieronymus Machine. It was at the heart of the diagnostic tool that was developed by Dr. Ruth Drown to detect non-bacterial diseases in blood samples, and it was the key to understanding the many medical breakthrough products that were developed by the now famous physician and psychologist Dr. Wilhelm Reich.
Jump on this one... it's ready to happen!
