Plasma energy devices

Dr. Randell Mills (BLP), Dr. Chiril Chukanov (QE) and Chris Arnold (PKC) all have advanced prototypes that could (and should) soon prove the viability of their invention.

Hi Dave, and all who are concerned,
My name is Kiril Chukanov, do you remember me? After long absence, I'm back to your "Free energy" web-site. What's new about my Quantum Free Energy work?
First, you can read my paper presented( last fall) on the New Energy conference in Salt Lake City - please visit my web-site : www.chukanovenergy.com. On 41 pages I presented a lot of information about my Quantum Energy work including "free tips" about QE research equipment and some practical applications. My intellectual property on QE is well protected.
During this long absence from the cyber-space of the Free energy yahoo group, I had business contacts with several potential investors. I would like to remind you that QE is economically efficient starting some min level of input service power - more than 100 kw, so, I need some financial help to build an industrial QE generator for commercialization.
Unfortunatelly all these "investors" were wrong ones. All they needed was a full information about my QE project in exchange of some false promises for abundant investment. Some of them are, for sure, a foreign intellegence spies. My lab was also visited by some scientists from NASA and some US national labs. Only free information, no thanks, no names. Those people think that they can get from me all information for granted, because I'm an American citizen. No thanks, no more free information for them. Here, I would like to mension one name of such a false investors : Abdul Mitha, a lier, most likely some Middle East country spy. Actually, he is a Free energy yahoo group member. My advice - avoid any contacts with him.
Now I'm building in my lab a small "health center" (jagguzi, sauna,and steam room) which will be supplied with quantum free energy.
Also, I'm preparing now the third volume of my General Quantum Mechanics, which will be published first on my web-site(sometimes next summer). In this book I considere many new problems : new developpment of my theory about the structure of the universe, the nature of gravity and electromagnet interactions, the nature of the Primari substances in the universe, new developpment in the field of QE including draft of 200 kw QE generator, etc.
I will accept proposal coming from serious investors, or I will work as an active consultant on QE practical applications(peacful and military) from the following countries: USA(first priority), Germany(second priority), Russia, France, UK, and India.
And, most likely, I will post on my web-site some very surprising QE items, including some military applications.

Yes, he is entitled to his opinion. BUT. When he is presenting his opinion as fact to 6 million people and his opinion is essentially wrong or misleading then I think that he should point out the fact that he is only presenting his opinion. Mike, the carbon falls out as atomic carbon and can be collected for
many other uses. If you look at the Gas Chromatogram on my website,
you will see an artifact reading for methane and zero Carbon
Monoxide - indicating the carbon is being prevented from recombining
in the reactor. We have plans for entering many industries
simultaneously, including compressed gas and chemical manufacture.
As far as Mallove's statement about scientists attempting to suppress
the birth of new technology - he is not only correct, but personally
guilty of same. My technology produces H2 from oil with such unheard
of efficiency - soon, nobody will bother investing another dime in
anether research for power, as my Plasma is the answer to many
problems - including tapping the ZPF. But for now - we will destroy
environmental hazards and convert them into profit, for the benefit
of the planet.
Eugene, with my condolences - you bet on the wrong horse.

To all who are concerned,
I regret that my "second coming" to your web-site created some turbulence, but this is not my fault. Some members insulted me, send me to "go away", call my excited ball lightning a "hallogen lamp”, etc.
I think that I owe you some explanations.
First, on the photos posted in my web-site (www.chukanovenergy.com) are shown my latest Quantum Energy generators Angelina-IV and V with my youngest daughter Laura,17. In the same web-site you can see also another QE generators from the series "angelina". Angelina is my wife. These are a very sophisticated machines with electronics and automatics, systems of exciting, calorimetry, measurement equipment. It is very stupid that some members of your web-site call this machines a mystification. Spend so many years and money in order to misguide some booby from free energy yahoo groups ? Stupid!
Second, on photos 1 and 3 you can see a nonexcited ball lightning, on photos 2 and 4 you can see an excited(with about 300 watts) ball lightning which radiates an abundant amount of free quantum energy in form of photon-radiation(visible light - like 12 kw light bulb, ultraviolete, soft X-rays). Ask Sterling Allan what he saw inside the vacuum chamber - a hallogen lamps or something else.
Fourth, in the same web-site I published a lot of information (in my scientific report) about my long-term(17 years) on ball lightning and Quantum Energy. Before the series "Angelina" I built numerous others QE set-ups for investigation of all physical and energy features of ball lightning. Based on this information, every believer(a non-skeptical) can repeat some my experiments and prove my claims. Also, I gave a lot of free tips about construction of a very powerful and very efficient QE generator for practical use. I'm open, nothing to hide, nothing to misguide naive people from your web-site in order to create some chip glory for me.
The "free-energy yahoo groups" web-site must post, I think, the achievements in Free energy research. What is "Free energy" ? Obviously not the "Hydrogen technology", not "Cold fusion", not Solar energy, not Heat pumps, etc. Free energy is energy produced without any primary energy source!!! In electrical power plant, for example, coal, or gas, or oil, or nuclear fuel, water fall, wind,..., are the primary energy source. Electricity is the secondary energy produced as a result of converting of one kind of energy to another. It seems (only to very naive people) that ZPE is such a candidate for Free energy source.
However, all kind of free-energy devices (electromagnetic or plasma) based on the wrong idea of tapping energy from the so-called "Physical vacuum" are just a fraud, a mathematical violation of the quantum reality. The energy fluctuations in the physical vacuum are associated with the so-called "virtual particles". Such a particles, which are out of detection in principle (!), are not real - they don't exist at all. I explained this problem well in my new book, which will be published soon. The only real Free energy source in the universe is QUANTUM ENERGY. Quantum energy is the main energy source in universe, quantum energy can be produced also in in earth-conditions - ball lightning, for example. Only Quantum energy matches the name and goals of your web-site. Quantum energy is a new, higher, level in the evolution of energy. This enormous energy, without any fuel, can be used for peaceful and military applications. Quantum Energy is a fundamental feature of the Reality, something much more important than nuclear energy. Any new fundamental change in the science, technology, and Human Thinking, cannot be understood and accepted in short time by the large scientific and laic public. It needs time and good will.
On all conferences on new sources of energy, in all web-sites on new energy, scientists or not scientists are trying to disturb this noble research, to create a mistrust in reality of Free energy. These people are: scientists from National labs, CERN, representatives of oil companies, and so on. They are trying to persuade the potential investors that this science is wrong, waste of money. However, nobody can stop the progress in science and technology. I'm calm and proud of my discovery. Soon, very soon, the ONLY Free Energy in the universe- QUANTUM ENERGY will be harnessed by our civilization.
