The first successful ZPE tapping device will be one that meets market expectations and manages to defeat the United States Patent Office, the monolithic industrial complex, and the scientific community.

Who is John Galt?

A way to get around the Patent Office is with the name of the device, don't claim it to be a ZPE Converter, call it "Device for the Electrodynamic Generation of Current".

A variation on what Adamenko is doing. I.e.,

pulses of "coherent electrons" interacting with

matter, creating "spectrums" of atomic species,

with enough "element 115" and above to form

antimatter/significant nuclear emissions under

mild stimulation (10KeV bombardment)...to

build a self sustaining device.

Strangely, the "crank" Bob Lazar claimed that he "held samples of 115" in his hand.

I've known this for years, but discounted him as a "crank". The Feb. 2nd results at the institute south of Moscow, transitorily forming 115 with a 200 MeV accellerator gives the "standard community" the ability to laugh at Lazar, and
deride him.

However, checking at www.proton21.com.ua and reading Sergei Adamenko's "Booklet.pdf",
should "slow up" a thoughtful critic. (Ha, an Oxymoron that if I've ever heard one!)

Have fun. You've got some real meat here to work with.
