Eric has developed a straightforward and sound testing procedue for a free energy device, and a $10k reward for any free energy device to pass the test. Certainly, if he tested a free energy device, and it passed, Eric would be in Nature (maybe with a more famous co-author). Even if he'd tested a device and it failed, he would have published that, if only at Sceptical Inquirer. But he's not published the results of any tests. The reason why Eric can't get anyone to take his $10k is left as an excercise for the reader.

Eric's got some excuse for his low productivity in publications. But Doctor Greer however, he's all over Physical Letters, right?

The idea that Greer needs Princeton, MIT, and government labs to tell him that his battery runs down after a couple of hours is bizarre. Why should the taxpayers foot the bill for this silliness? Especially when Eric could have shown Greer that his battery runs down last week.
