Russia backs Kyoto

Even though I feel that Kyoto is a bad treaty and needs to be reworked, the spirit of Kyoto is sound. Russia tips the balance of ratification and the U.S. will have little choice but to follow. It may indeed be the pivot point of a paradigm shift so hoped for in the FE/OU community.
The U.S., especially this Adminstration, is keeping its head in the sand about global warming and climate change. How many hurricanes have to swamp Florida before Jeb calls his brother in the White House and pleads for action?
