Superplasticity in Ultrahigh carbon steel is already known and understood. The Carbon content, I believe currently has the established maximum of 5%.

This new Super-Ultrahigh Carbon Steel can have over 30% carbon within the steel's molecular structure and its properties are heretofore unknown, requiring extensive testing. SEM with EDS spectra performed at "Three" separate laboratories confirms this scientifically. A couple month ago, the initial SEM work was accomplished on materials created with my Patented Plasma technology.

Another Plasma produced and SEM/EDS tested material is High Iron content, crystal clear and colorless Diamond Like Carbon, cross-confirmed by Raman Spectra to have the Identical fingerprint as all currently known DLC Films. However, in sharp contrast to DLC film technology - this DLC is particulate, nucleated and generally spherical hydrogenated DLC that may prove to be the "perfect" Semiconductor and may also have Superconductor applications.

Interested Semiconductor applications companies can inquire at pulsed_ignition@yahoo.com - However, please understand the production protocols are proprietary.
