Later they had to withdraw when they discovered the technology was encumbered.
The source of their technology was Mike Young, of Cleveland Ohio, who "borrowed/stole/modified" it from Timothy Thrapp of World Improvement Technologies, Wooster, Ohio, who "borrowed/stole/modified" it from Kipper of Arizona, which is the same technology "Craig West" obtained, and now thinks could be acting as a wireless transformer of high-power lines.
