Paradox of classic EM

As pointed out by (amongst others) Prof. Bo Lehnert of the Royal Swedish Academy, classical electromagnetism is far from the answer to all problems.
In fact, there are a couple of things for which it has NO answers.
From the page of "New Electromagnetism":
"Paradox 2 Generator defies classical explanation. It generates electric power even though the amount of magnetic flux linked remains constant."
