Date: Saturday, December 08, 2012 @ 20:24:47 UTC
Topic: Devices

Koda fully discloses his theoretical device for producing hydrogen fuel from water using a combination of three different methods: high voltage / low amperage pulsed electrical current; ultrasonic vibrations; and microwave energy -- all in a single device which could cost less than $200 to build.  Could turn out to be efficient enough to enable cars and power plants to run on water.
