Second law of Thermodynamics the principle law of nature

When left to itself, the Greater Universe as a closed system will not equilibrate:

Historically, thermodynamics grew out of efforts to construct more efficient heat engines, but Carnot’s principle law has since had a profound impact on matters of physics, chemistry, and all biological processes known to man without exception.

The second law of thermodynamics is an axiom of nature regarding the directional flow of heat. The law states that temperature differences between systems tend to transfer heat from higher to lower. In the general sense, we know of nothing in the universe that violates this law. To accept this as a Quantum theory provides the fundamental underpinning of modern physical science and philosophy.

I see nothing in the second law of thermodynamics that prevents open systems of any increase and / or decrease in entropy. The first 1st L of T* states that the total entropy of a closed system is constant. Assuming that the greater universe is a closed system, therefore the 2nd L of T says that the total entropy or the sum of “quantum heat units” in the closed system must remain the same.

However all rearrangement of quantum units as differing structures are all open systems, as constituents of the closed system (greater universe).
Therefore, the entropy of any part of the open system in question can increase without violating the 1st and 2nd L of T, as long as other parts of the closed system will experience a decrease in entropy.

At the very heart of the “Quantum heat unit” concept, the 2nd L of T is unable to bring about equilibrium. In simple terms, “minimum valued particles*” must exist in more than one SET of values. This argument can be witnessed by the minute quantity of baryon matter observable in space.

Why the 2nd L of T cannot equilibrate the closed system?

The first law of thermodynamics states, heat cannot be created nor destroyed and the total quantity of heat in the greater universe is a constant. The second law of thermodynamic infers that, in a closed system, the system can finish any physical process with as many quantum heat units (QHU) as it had to start with.

For example, QH units cannot increase nor decrease their respective set values or their respective volume, although they can and do coalesce and disperse. Actually second law of thermodynamics aspires to equilibrate the differences between the varying adjacent minimum valued particles.

These particles appear to suggest, that if the Second Law of Thermodynamics is to infinitely function, than it is totally depended that macro matter does not decay and bring off an equilibrate state. This fortunately must lead to this conclusion that a direct link does exist between a closed system and the functions of a perpetual system. This puts forward a theory, that the greater universe is in fact a perpetual motion device.

The only perpetual-motion device that can operate continuously in violation to the 2nd law of T is, when

It is applied to a closed system as mentioned above.

Third Law of thermodynamics infers that absolute zero is possible. This proposition denies logic; both of these two assertions are mutually inconsistent, if we are to respect the 1st L of T which states, QHU possess thermal values.

The evolutionist scenario declares the self configuration of matter, down to the atom and beyond is the result of a coalescing process of the 2nd L of T. Actually the law wants to induce a state of equilibrium between the adjacent quantum units. Technically this is a violation of the 2nd L of T, when two or more quantum units of unequal value coalesce, but upon decay each unit reverts back to its respective value.


A logical assumption of course is that the “Greater Universe IS and always WAS”, not equilibrated and intrinsically an unstable closed system in perpetuity (in lack of a shorter span). In a manor of speaking the creationists are correct; the law says that everything tends toward equilibrium, which would make evolutionary development impossible.
Fortunately for us, the violation of the 2nd L of T takes place at the quantum level of the closed system. So, what seems to make life possible appears to be a limitation (violation?) of the second law of thermodynamic.
