    Your problem is you use the "Where do I put the meter?" philosophy.   What you basically want to do is create a ZPE device and sell the energy, which is no different than what  the energy cartels do today.

    Nanotechnology and Zero Point Energy will usher in a new paradigm, which will eliminate all forms of government, the entire money system, and all of religion, ultimately, giving mankind it's first taste of 'true' freedom.  Which is the main reason why these technologies are being so suppressed.

    Sure, doing things for free isn't going to put food on the table - but some form of sacrifice is required to achieve the results everyone is expecting.  The more you keep externalizing responsibility, the more you're going to find yourself running on the spot, going nowhere.
