Mark, since you threatened me in the "Italian way" in a private email as well as here - so I am posting this now, in case I am unable to do so later, do to the impending violence you have implied.

Consider the following points for similarity, although copyright laws do not apply to patents - there seems to be a tremendous coincidence between my (Mine) patent (priority 10/1998) excerpts and Mark Tomion's (Tomion) patent (. The description of a Pulsed Plasma Drive Electromagnetic Motor Generator, complete with stationary and rotating electrodes and repeated in Tomion's "General Form of the Invention";

Mine - "a pulsed plasma commutator for transmitting energy to said motor/generator, having no spark suppression means" & "at least one primary contact; said primary contact allows only intermittent voltage flow to each radial contact when said radial contacts are in motion"

Tomion - "[D] a plurality of individual systems of stationary plane-parallel electrode elements (64)-(67) which electrically link the polarized rotor (6) by electrostatic induction about its positive inner circumference (within said evacuated compartment (12)) to two axially-central electron collector housing sections (5), and a plurality of similar individual systems of rotor-mounted plane-parallel electrode rings and/or radial electrode elements which may be utilized to connect a principal portion of the individual DC voltage outputs of said rotating field coils in opposed series-parallel across such composite rotor assembly"

Mine - "Although this technology was assumed unworkable, it teaches a new principle of operation having many unique and unexpected properties around and within the forming plasma. If the electromagnetic coils are coupled with tungsten electrodes that drive a magnetic rotor and "Pulsed" plasma is produced, this is covered under US 6,271,614. In September 2002, the patent office suggested I wait until you actually began production, yet when Willoughby (still listed on your web page as a technology partner) contacted me with that preposterous $25 Million dollar offer in an attempt to gain proprietary information on my system and you still don't have a working prototype - well, here we are.

Again, I have posted this in case I never make it the patent office for appropriate action. Owning a patent has allowed me to meet all kinds of interesting people.
