Since you mentioned it - tell everyone what my old ad from ebay states and tell us what I said my device did, then compare it to slippery sullivans banter. Legally - even that ad is considered prior art. My DOE grant applications seem to be a basis for his hydrogen production from "Pulsed Plasma" - which also predate his patent application.

Sully simply copied my patent, and published literature, and posts - while duplicating my patent. As I said - I "will" settle this later. Curious how he presented his "NEW" Plasma Generator patent here, where I have spent several years talking about my many discoveries using my Unique Plasma Generator that proves negative entropy is real, and I proved it to the USPTO by using my LN2 Cooled Thermal Imager.
