Bearden should be taken with not a little pinch of salt. Even the physisist Bearden leans on the most, Myron W. Evans, thinks Bearden's ideas and utterings are total non-sense, especially those concerning the worldwide conspiracy of "scalar weapons", which I personally feel is quite "far out".
On other things, like the static charge conundrum, he does have a few points, and the ideas would definitely carry more weight if they were backed up by maths, experiments and a proper theory and not just reiterated ad infinitum (Bearden is very good at word-barfing).

That said, Evans' own theory does permit energy from spacetime or "twisting" thereof (which he admits was a bit inspired by Bearden's ideas).

I totally agree that if someone would go to http://www.cheniere.org they would come to a whole new level of understanding about extracting energy from the vacumm.

ZPE is real, and the INTERESTING thing is that we use it ALL the time! Every circuit in the entire world is powered by ZPE! It is just a matter of making a circuit that outthinks nature, and does not destroy it's source dipole.

    It is THAT simple.

However, it is also that complex, because nature has been set up so that it is not particularly easy to disrupt the balance (not the best term) and continually extract energy without destroying the dipole.
