Anyway you look at it amp hour is a quantified unit of power. Common for calculating potential use of power in situations where voltage is not necessarily always a constant and power is limited to production or storage, ie batteries. No Matter how much voltage large or small the end production is stated in both processes by the same quantified unit of power.
