For instance, statements about a theory of dynamic gravity and field driven aircrafts. Tesla made also statements about ZPE: Tesla was the first to mention the fact that "all the energy in matter is drawn from the environment". This is a statement different from 'mass is a form of energy'. Much later, ZPE theories were formulated about Zero Point Field interaction:  the mass/inertia of a particle (mass energy) is caused by Zero Point Field interaction (mass is 'the energy in matter'). See I assumeTesla was not bluffing. Several experiments of other scientists (for instance, Miller's speed of light experiments)  support Tesla's statements. How? I can explain that to you right away, but think this over yourself first! Of course there is missing information. Tesla had a theory about 'dynamic gravity',  don't you think he wanted to publish his theory?  He never "did" (see Wikipedia), probably because was not allowed to publish his theory.
