    Why is the knee-jerk reaction of everyone to first beat us over the head with how cheesy windmills and solar pannels are, then mortify us with nuclear nightmares and coal blight?

    last I checked, this site had nothing to do with any of that. Be nice and get with the program people!

    malcolm shakes his head in amazement. I take it whenever the green lobby provide solutions you don't listen. Of course wind,solar etc is infrequent that's why you generate more than you need when it's there and store it then take it back again when the wind drops and it clouds over (or night time!).

    Oh, lest you forget, you include all clean sources and improve the efficiency of power usage. A paradigm shift is needed as opposed to a tinkering at the edges approach.
