ORLANDO, Fla., Jun 27, 2005 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- GMC Holding Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: GMCC) ( http://www.gmcholdings.com ) announced today results of internal testing and independent verification of the company's high- efficiency electromagnetic pulse motor-generator, based upon the Company's proprietary technology, coined REMAT(TM), an acronym for Rare Earth Magnetic Amplification Technology(TM), a trademark also owned by GMC.
GMC is proud to unveil the latest embodiment of its REMAT(TM) system, comprising a unique and highly efficient design, which can be viewed at GMC's REMAT(TM) system web site, http://www.rematinc.com . Tests have confirmed that the Company's design team has brought the earth's energy full circle.
The potential value of the Company's technological achievement is enormous. The REMAT(TM) system can be built to any size and output range, with obvious applications wherever motors are used. More importantly, larger generators utilizing the Company's REMAT(TM) system will be able to power individual homes, businesses, vehicles, etc. REMAT(TM) will contribute much needed energy to power the grids of the United States and eventually the world at a cost and efficiency heretofore not seen. GMC's aim is to utilize the REMAT(TM) system to minimize the world's reliance upon nuclear and fossil fuels for the production of energy.
The REMAT(TM) system contains proprietary circuitry that captures a significant amount of back EMF (electromagnetic flux) that is produced during the motor's operation. By harnessing this otherwise wasted energy, the captured EMF is reintroduced back into the system, thereby providing sufficient power to operate the motor. GMC believes this to be a novel application of proprietary circuitry that is a first in electric motor design.
The company has begun to expand its management team by selecting Mr. Bruce McKenzie as President. His professional background includes an invention of technologies currently used by all of the major satellite TV companies. Mr. Richard Brace will continue as CEO. Mr. Dan York and Mr. Theodore Wojtowicz of Dallas are joining the Advisory Board. Their years of experience in the emerging alternative energy technology field will assist in the Company's R&D. The Company's Advisory Board members have extensive experience in business, finance, electrical engineering, and chemistry. The Company will utilize the diverse talents of its unique team of members to bring its revolutionary REMAT(TM) system into full production.

Re: REMAT device (Score: 1) by pulsed_ignition on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 @ 20:25:59 UTC (User Info | Send a Message) http://diamondlube.com | Please correct me if I am mistaken, but aren't these the same people that invited Butch LaFonte down to investigate and then, after considerable time and expense - kept postponing that investigation?
And why is it that, since my Pulsed Plasma Drive Electromagnetic Motor Generator patent was published - everyone is coming out with a proprietary Pulsed Electromagnetic Motor Generator? Nobody would lift a finger to help me, but everyone would like to now - help themselves?
There are remedies, but now most of you are seeing the value in what was once ridiculed.
Electrodynacat - like I told you, there are ways of telling who is using which patent, even if you don't understand how it could possibly work.
Warmest Regards,

GMC Holding Corp. Announces Alternative Energy Update
Friday July 1, 9:14 am ET
ORLANDO, Fla., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GMC Holding Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: GMCC - News; http.www.gmcholdings.com ) announced today results of internal testing and independent verification of its high-efficiency electromagnetic pulse motor-genarator. Mr. Eugene Augustin, PE, was asked to opine on the performance tests of GMC'S REMAT technology. Augustin indicated that the first test, measuring input/output power ratio, produced about 140% efficiency. In following tests, using a capacitor bank with a resistive load, the observed efficiency was 150%.

According to Augustin, "These observations were demonstrating a 'greater than unity performance' device, which I thought that I would never see in my lifetime. In my 50 years of professional experience that includes patents on several inventions, teaching AC/DC machinery, including electric motors and generators, numerous designs in the field of microwave radiation and propagation and professional consulting in these fields, I believed that 'greater than unity devices' were an impossibility. I am now convinced that REMAT devices need to be explored, researched and tested so that this unique technology can be utilized for all the world."

I did a little search regarding "Enhanced Technologies International of Nevada", the original company providing the initial “high-efficiency electro-magnetic pulse” technology.
From the GMCholding.com website:
"In addition, GMC has entered into agreement to purchase 10% (with an option for an additional 10%)of Enhanced Technologies International of Nevada, who have spent 12 years developing high-efficiency electro-magnetic pulse motors for applications in both industrial and home use."
The Nevada State corporate registry list them as in default and their resident agent is "LegalZoom of Nevada" LegalZoom of Nevada is notorious for quick corporate registry for tax & legal purposes.
If it smells fishy.....
All the Best

And, Chris Arnold, yes, these are the folks who decided they didn't want to let Butch test their device unless he would bet them that it didn't work. Bruce, apparently, wasn't looking for that type of confrontational gig. And then they didn't want to take my bet.
Has anyone talked to " Mr. Eugene Augustin, PE" about GMCC's quote's of him here:
