Later they had to withdraw when they discovered the technology was encumbered. The source of their technology was Mike Young, of Cleveland Ohio, who "borrowed/stole/modified" it from Timothy Thrapp of World Improvement Technologies, Wooster, Ohio, who "borrowed/stole/modified" it from Kipper of Arizona, which is the same technology "Craig West" obtained, and now thinks could be acting as a wireless transformer of high-power lines. I don't know what was Sterling's argument that they were working with these folks from Ohio. Marks has previously worked out of the Philippines, which is at least one point in common with whoever Greer was working with.
