Hola Carl y Doug! Well, whats the scoop? Haven't seen any updates and that religious nut (cheap silver plate) is all over the recent Tennessee takeover of your stuff, stomping his squat little troll legs up and down with glee while wringing his hands and still shouting about you being a fraud. As I always said, I don't see enough proof either way, so any determination of verity as to real or fraud is still up in the air.....unfortunately because because it engenders endless speculation and gossip. Is the government going to test your device to verify it works? Last update on your main page shows 5/20/03 and no mention was made about the Tennessee government raid, though I do see your stockholder meeting in April on the update page...its seems like shortly after that was when the raid happened. Is there a correlation with one or more disgruntled investors wanting some return on their investment or something more than just public demos? Don't know if you are still answering emails or not, just wondered if you could update us and I will post your answers/comments to the list. Would appreciate if you could update us and/or clarify current status of your device. Good luck. --

We are alive and well.....no charges have been filed yet .....we are still active....in fact we built another car and shop device (out of state) and almost ready for the final test and that will be verified out of state by a well known group of people.

Actually when the state came in and took the items they did not take the spare parts....they took the boat and ATV.......... The Boat had no motor as it had been removed for repair, the ATV device was off along with one of the charging devices for the car and the truck....they were setting on the counter when they stormed in.

In other words they had not a clue what they were looking for. The shop device was also taken but they left the batteries, the Inverter, the control Center and the Charge controller. These items are far from Tennessee now.

If they intend to test it they need more parts as it takes two for each car....the boat has no motor, the car needs one more charging unit, the truck needs two charging units and the building device needs the inverter, control center, battery bank and charge controller.

They also took away the computer and some records. They did not take any prints or drawings of the device.

The story by Mr.. Allan that they took everything that was not nailed down is a lie. They took only the large items and some paperwork. All the spare parts and needed items were not taken.

Hola Folks! I am truly puzzled. I sent this email to Doug, Carl and the list but it never made it to the discussion list or reflected back to subscribers....very odd...it has happened before and usually on rather important issues...almost like some mystery filter....so resending to see if it gets through....the only peculiar thing I can think of it that I Bcc it to Carl and Doug and send it directly TO the list.... They searched the house supposedly looking for illegal weapons, money and drugs. They even had the audacity to go through Kitty's purse to see how much money she had. They froze both the Foundation and their personal bank accounts, leaving them with nothing to live on...Kitty requires a full time nurse and (like the rest of us) they have bills to pay. Believe it or not some of the agents were overheard complaining that what they were doing was wrong...but they were told to shut up and get back to work by the agent in charge. In my opinion the raid defies logic as Carl was never given any chance to show them how anything works.....they don't know how to hook anything up to test it even if they want to...and since they were "enforcement" people and not technicians..they had no idea what they were actually looking for. As a result of this lack of knowledge let me simply state that they DID NOT get what they were looking for and the relevant technology is now in another place where a new car is almost completed and another stationary unit (often referred to as the shop device) is but days from completion. Jerry, IF they had shown up with some experts and told Carl he had a few hours to prove the device works or be arrested...that (although extreme) would have been more along the lines of what might be tolerable in a free Country...to just come in and take things away, well........that just doesn't seem right, does it ? No matter who has called Carl what ...... I believe he had the absolute right to be granted an opportunity to demonstrate what he says he has, PERIOD ! Now as to your question as to who is behind the action, we really aren't sure. We find it difficult to believe the authorities would have put themselves in such a precarious position on the word of the likes of Carl's two "detractors" who have been so prolific with their comments to the particular web site owner who continues to vehemently attack Carl (which by the way also defies understanding except, perhaps, that we spurned that gentleman's attempt to buy the technology under the ridiculous terms he put forth in his written purchase offer). Is there something more behind it...will they test it...we don't know the answers to this, we may never learn exactly why it took place the way it did. We have heard that the State has engaged a professional witness that has stated, in essence, it can't work because he doesn't believe in perpetual motion. DUH, we don't believe in PM either...and that IS NOT what we claim to have !!! Sorry this is such a long answer...but it is actually quite short as compared to what it would be if I offered up a full accounting of the "raid". Let me simply state that we believe the best course of action is the duplication of the automobile and the shop device and, as previously stated, we are well underway to that end. It is our intention to have both of these items verified by third parties and then seek as much publicity as we can get. In this manner we suspect we will negate once and for all the State of Tennessee's claim "it" doesn't work as well as to be in a position to finalize a sale of the technologies to the buyer that has continued to stand by our side through all this turmoil. The fall out for the State with respect to the rather unbelievable action they took.....once we have the verification, publicity and a consummated sale.... I think that may prove to be quite interesting. Again thank you for your continued unbiased comments and for affording us the right to prove what we have rather than act in the same manner as the State of Tennessee........essentially denying all basic rights we think Carl should have had. By the way, as a footnote, IF they thought they were protecting the stockholders by taking this kind of action they are sorely misguided. In fact they have hurt them beyond repair as even though the prospective buyer is still in place I am certain the numbers involved will be negotiated downward from their original position ! Sorry to hear all this mischief has been directed at you and it is hard to believe honest law enforcement officers would knowingly break or bend the law, even at the behest or order of their commander, but these days the states are getting VERY WEIRD. I note you mention a ridiculous purchase offer by one of your biggest detractors, you should post that or send it to me and I'll post it....so people can get an idea of some of the offers you guys have been made. You could remove any names, just the offer itself. I can't help but remain impressed with what you guys showed our little troop, the openness was refreshing and certainly not indicative of anyone tryong to scam. I think WHEN the Tilley method is finally released and people can study it, we might be surprised how far afield these speculations truly are. I hope your buyer gets with the program, does the deal and starts building and selling these things so everyone can use them. I think ample possibilities remain that the device could well be what Carl says it is, an energy multiplier capable of three times more out than in. If that is so, then he has the answer. Just because we don't yet understand it, doesn't mean its not possible. We just finished our part in a documentary on free energy and I was frustrated with their focus on 'perpetual motion', since to my view it serves NO PURPOSE. Something that would simply run itself WITHOUT powering a load is not much more than a toy. Yes, we have to get there (a PPM device) FIRST but then go beyond it to actually convert additional energy to drive working loads, as the Tilley device claims to do. I still have to agree with Dr. Hal Puthoff.....just show a self-running, standalone circuit that will drive a 1 WATT load and it would shut everyone up and spur massive research into scaling up the effect to much larger power levels. Although I asked the producer to for sure go visit you guys for additional footage, I don't think they did because of all this recent mischief. And I don't know if they visited you and took footage from 2 years ago when we first got involved with the project. I told them it would be a great section for the documentary to see the mystery box and the car, building, etc...actually running, especially running the load with NO Tilley device to see how long it would run....then running it WITH the Tilley device to see how long it would run. Now that would be a great video segment! Don't get me wrong, I am not ashamed to admit I do believe in God ..... I just don't think he has granted a priority status to Sterling Allan !
