 Finally, as expected, a professionally designed website for Andrea Rossi's E-Cat technology has emerged. The main page states "In Association with Andrea Rossi". When asked if he has an official relationship with this site, Rossi responded: "Yes, it is the website of our North Europe commercial Branch."
From the About section : ECAT.com in Association with Andrea Rossi and Leonardo Corporation offers a platform for interested parties in the ECAT technology.
ECAT.com is currently, as the first site in the World, accepting
pre-orders of ECAT products through the ECAT inquiry form on the right.
These are non binding pre-orders but guarantees new customers a position
on the waiting list which will be subject to a first-come first-serve
policy.
ECAT.com is by its designation to the Andrea Rossi’s ECAT a promoter of green, clean and affordable energy production.

Hydrofusion Ltd. (incorporated June 8, 2011) seems to be behind ECAT.com (Who's behind ECAT.com from energycatalyzer3.com).

I know I ought not judge a book by it's cover, but if Rossi's manufacturing company (which he is building from the ground up, apparently without investors - NO COMPROMISES) is as professional as his website, then he is on the correct track.
Frankly, I wonder at what point "skeptics" will admit that Rossi is legitimate.

Hank thinks the site is very amateurish looking and needs a lot of visual
help. He’s embarrassed that we launched today before getting it looking
better.
But I told him that you and I wanted the 11.11.11 launch date on it. I also
told him that I’m limited in that I use FrontPage to author websites. It’s
pretty old software. Works great for me, but isn’t as modern looking.
When other talent comes along, we can do a remodel of the site.
But I think this is a good start.
