MEMO: To all SEAS Investors, Consultants, and Interested Members of the Media and Public
From: Steven M. Greer MD, CEO SEAS
RE: Update on SEAS technology acquisitions
As all of you know, SEAS identified a promising over unity technology in January of this year, and subsequently negotiated an agreement to acquire the technology. Since then, previously undisclosed business interests of the inventor have surfaced and have stopped the acquisition process. For this reason, to date we have not been able to acquire the device for further testing or reproduce its performance. We have been negotiating for 6 weeks to resolve the issues raised by these other
interests, a process that has involved parties in three countries.
At this point we do not know if or when the inventor will fulfill his obligations to SEAS under the original agreement. We will let you know as soon as the technology has been submitted to us for further
development and verification and the results of that process are known.
In the meanwhile, we have identified several other very promising systems, one that is generating 35KW over unity, according to the inventor. Another is a solid state system that shows significant promise, as it would have no moving parts. The entire SEAS team is very engaged in investigating, testing and acquiring these technologies. You will be informed just as soon as confirmed tests and reproducibility studies are completed on any of these new energy systems.
Thank you for your continuing support and interest.
Steven M. Greer MD
CEO SEAS
Please note that there is still reason to hope that the above negotiations can be ironed out and that the original device can be vetted as planned. On the other hand there may be other devices as mentioned that can also demonstrate that OU capability is real and that it can be utilized to run real world appliances as well as be developed for transportation, etc.

This could be an attempt by covert forces - to slow the timetable or even ruin the prospect of developing the device as originally planned.
The good thing is that there are several other devices available and being checked out, and SEAS is not putting all its eggs in one basket, as they say. I seriously doubt that the inventor will reveal the device while under non-disclosure from several undisclosed business interests.

But Greer has a lot of high level contacts who can make things happen when these obstacles get in the way of progress. Apparently the trouble only started 6 weeks ago. And it's possible that things could be given the go ahead again soon with a little help from Greer's Pentagon friends wearing the white hats. Let's hope that this scenario is what's being played out and that the timeframe for disclosure won't lose another minute. |

Seems like just the sort of cr*p that some of us feared would happen, but once again we do not have details. We can at least stop wondering what's taking so long. I just hope that the "business interests" are not there only to supresss it. What sort of person would approach Dr Greer and "forget" this prior entanglement? One who HAD NO SUCH prior business, but got heavied? We may never hear about that (and it may be bollocks as well).
If there was anything genuine about them, these other associates would just get on with it and release it themselves, and I know Dr Greer would be happy if that occurred. Do not hold your breath.
Roll out number two and three, and make SURE there are no strings attached.

"Inventor" still laughing (Score: 1) by chipotle_pickle on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 @ 12:12:41 GMT (User Info | Send a Message) http://freehydrogen.blogspot.com | The prankster is no doubt still laughing that his little joke with the battery got so much attention from so many people. Of course he could not let anyone test his device. It was just a battery. No, there was no conspiracy to silence this guy. He had no product.
Unless Greer wants to go from frat house to frat house getting teased by kids with batteries, he needs to get a little more serious in his search.
Might I suggest that someone call Chris Allen? An article about him was posted just a couple of days ago. |

(Score: 1) by vrilian on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 @ 18:26:15 GMT (User Info | Send a Message) http://www.oddamerica.com | The latest today is that the inventor did not follow through on his agreement to send the device over for testing to SEAS. Some other business people working with the inventor are interfering. Attempts to resolve this have failed so far.
But like I say, there are several other promising devices that have surfaced, and other people are still contacting SEAS. SEAS is still accepting submissions for the Z Competition. I think there will be several devices taken through the testing process, ultimately.

He says he will take a bullet. I bet the odds are bigger that Mr. Greer will end up in court, then find a ZP-device.
Its a bluff. If he could come with such a specific description, why couldnt he at LEAST share a blurred picture? Something is wrong here.
Its also seems extremely unprofessional that they didnt make a thorough background check on this guy.
April fool guys.

He says he was willing to take a bullet. If he REALLY discovered the "Holy Grail" of tech, he WOULD brake any barriers - even the NDA with the inventor to get the shit out.
He is just fooling people that dont know any better.

If he was trying to b.s. all of us, he would have kept quiet and not told us about their problems. (he would have sat on his ass, laughing at the investors and counting cash!) Funny how quick people are to turn on someone in the face of difficulties. SEAS and Dr. Greer are not some high school science kids who saw a "gee-whiz" device and wanted to be the first to talk about it. These people know what to look for if it is a fake device. Their worst fears have come to be...someone knows this device works and doesn't want us, as the public to have it. THAT is why we will not be seeing it for some time. If we had any decency, we would support all the folks out there at least trying to do something, SEAS, Tom Bearden, etc. If they get fooled, at least they get fooled trying. |

You have the RIGHT to take, steal, copy, this technology. Its quite common in the business world. Look at the medicine industry.
If Greer ever FELL over something as the fraud device he described. He should just take it. I am sure he has the power to do so.
Who cares about some mozart engineer. He will get so many dollars anyway - he could build a bill gates palace of dollars.
honestly.
you guys are dead naive.

Re: SEAS UPDATE APRIL 15 2003 (Score: 0) by Anonymous on Saturday, April 19, 2003 @ 06:48:59 GMT | The problem here is centered around two things. Peer reviewing in this field is almost non-existent and the nature of so called "papers" are more then problematic. Not because its bad science. But because the theories do not apply to the "normal" apparatus of peer reviewing.
The second - and larger problem - is peoples ability to go into self suggestion mode in here. You see what you wanna see. How somebody can find Mr. Greer's latest releases valid is a mystery to me. There is not ONE single proof of anything. Only proof is that investors spend 500.000$ on something that LOOKS like a fraud.
Why does it LOOK like a fraud? Because there was not any proof of ANY kind. And again. If such a device was really made - being so elegant and powerful - anybody would have the HUMAN right to duplicate it - with or without acceptance of the inventor.
I would feel pretty sorry spending 1000's of $ of a single radioshow with a guy pumping up the volume - and then receiving a very short noted letter saying. Sorry. We didnt make a consistent background check on the guy and we dont actually have any idea about how business is conducted.
Its that simple.
