Who is Jeane
Manning?
Internationally known sociologist/journalist has
researched "new energy" technology since 1981, and wrote The Coming Energy Revolution (Avery, NY,
1996) and Energie (Germany,
2000). She co-authored Angels Don't Play
This HAARP: Advances In Tesla Technologies with Dr. Nick Begich,
co-authored other books and currently writes a magazine column. Jeane Manning is
also a co-founder of New Energy Movement Canada. Her books are published in five
languages and she's been an invited speaker at international conferences in four
countries.

Joel
Garbon?
President of The New Energy Movement (NEM) based in
Portland, Oregon, a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating
the advent of a global economy and sustainable civilization based on advanced
clean energy technologies. Joel along with other new energy veterans has
authored an historic piece of draft legislation calling for serious and urgent
federal support for the research and development of advanced clean energy
