Tilley Plans Week-Long Home Power Test for Free-Energy Generator
At least six qualified energy professionals will go to a remotely located modular home and garage that are powered exclusively by the Tilley Home Power system, to test the system for at least seven days, to verify that the fuelless technology works as claimed.

the motor u showed is not what carl has its series 6 leg and will work
but he did not wire it correctly he had a hot plug in his shop i seen
it after i was allowed on the propery by larry the shop out back from
the house had 1 single plug that he used to power the unit he had at
timea he needed to power load test by others he back feed a 100amp head
in paraellel to the inverter. off property batteries were in the box to
create enough power to sustain a serpate set of batteries that enyone
could put a merter on. on my investagation i found a wire in
behind the meter base on the side of his house on hawasse rd. in
lebanon tn. FREE POWER to the one plug he had in the shop this wire i
found behind the meter base was not reading power from the power
company "MTEMC" therefore he could power what he had at his location
and make power through a 100 amp charging head wired dead head to the
batteries which supplied power to the inverter and the 110 power never
run down. on the car he missed the total concept that he himself
created. why i dont know it was just one little thing but i cannot
reveal that at this time . in summrizing this statement i can say this
carl run a program which he did not get enybody envolved that would
come or go after him or his worldy stuff he used his wife as a selling
tool as her handycap life has left her with him and she has no other
way to make it in this world. i am so sorry for the kitty cat. she new
what was going on the whole time and could say nothing , trapped in a
wheel chair with carl b tilley her husbund a real dreamer who used his
sense to make money off people who he thouht would not harm him.

Fraudulent Inventor Carl Tilley loses court case for $26 Million (Score: 1)

At the end of a long-running lawsuit, a Nashville jury has found that alternative-energy promoter Carl Tilley and his wife Margaret broke securities law - and played rather fast and loose with the laws of thermodynamics, too. The jury handed down a $26 million judgment last week against the Tilleys and affiliated entities in U.S. District Court. The award, which includes $3.57 million in compensatory and $22 million in punitive damages plus pre-judgment interest, comes three and a half years after a group of investors filed suit against the Tilleys, who were then based near Lebanon. The couple has since moved to Nebraska. The Tilleys did not attend the trial and had no lawyer. In a statement to Judge Robert Echols, they stated they had no more funds to defend the lawsuit. Attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. |

just received a phone call from a fellow ******. Her ****** has been
invited by Mr. Tilley, to tour his "totally off the grid solar and wind
powered home". Does this guy ever stop? He's still advertising and
promoting, and I have to think that getting $$ in his pocket is in the
whole scenario too. The sign is still up for his "business" and he's
still roaming free.
I so
fervently wish that he had been hauled him off to jail so I didn't have
to worry about my friends and neighbors being ripped off. I want to take
out a huge ad in the local newspapers and list all the websites that
tell what he's done and publish the court proceedings. However, I will
simply rant and rave to you and then keep alerting everyone I can to his
evil presence...just so you know!! :-) ***
I wrote back to my contact asking for more details and he/she responded with;
He's
in Nebraska, where he ran to from Tennessee the day of our first court
appearance back in '06 (?). Detail I can provide...BTW.....amazing he
can run on wind and solar...like no one else can do that...DUH! Oh,
would you like to see the aerial photos taken that show the big propane fired generator out behind the garage?
That's
as much info as I have for now, but since Tilley seems to have gotten
off scotfree other than money and fines, he knows how many gullible and
trusting people there are out there so is apparently seeking them out
again. Using Superpages, I found 28 Tilley's in Nebraska but none with
Carl or his wife Ruth. In case you didn't read about the award [www.skepdic.com];
Investors
win $26M award against Tilleys In 2002, Carl Tilley boasted that he
could run a converted DeLorean indefinitely with his free energy
technology. At an annual stockholder's meeting, Tilley told shareholders
that he had received a phone call from General Electric with an offer
of 2 billion dollars to buy the technology "sight unseen." Of course, GE
had never heard of Tilley, but that didn't seem to bother investors.
Tilley and his wife were found guilty of fraud using "intricate schemes,
promises and lies" and engaged in "a pattern of racketeering activity."
Here
are two of the hype videos to troll investors into the original Tilley
scheme. If anyone finds any of his advertising online, please pass it
along and I'll post it as a warning, thanks!
Update:
Found a youtube dated June 24, 2009! It says he is now located in
Northeastern Perkins County in Nebraska and gives an email, but not a
website to contact him. The email is tj@depodio.com and it shows the
video was uploaded by tjd217 with other links to some preacher. Don't
know at this point if there is any connection but church memberships are
what Dennis Lee uses to find easy investors, so Caveat Emptor!!!
