A BRIEF INTRODUCTION INTO THE 21ST CENTURY'S NON-TOXIC EBM POWER PLANTS
The self-reliant EBM plant uses its own self-generated electromagnetic
fuel. The research and development work of this hi-tech technology
began in 1980 in four laboratories in Toronto, Houston, London and in
Budapest, managed for ELECTRO ERG LIMITED (EEL) by the GAMMA Group,
under Professor L. I. Szabó's leadership.
This technology is non-nuclear, 100 % environment friendly with zero emissions.
Being environment-friendly, this technology has several other very important additional features as follows:
- The
average 1 kilowatt-hour electric power costs 75 % to 80 % of most local
tariff rates at 65 % load factor (appx. 5,700 hours use per annum); The
pay-back period of invested capital is less than 4 years!
- The power plant can be commissioned within a very short time after the order is placed.
- The
average turn-key-cost of the EBM Power Plants is less than 2,000 USD/kW
depending upon the MW size of the plant; This includes fuel for 40
years!
- With the inexpensive and clean EBM electric power,
and heat energy, the production of hydrogen for fuel cells is highly
competitive or the production of nitrogen for fertilizer, or
desalination of sea water can be economically implemented. With the
torque produced by EBM Units, large ships or locomotives can be
directly driven!
Note: For market penetration during 2006 and 2007 EEL vendor finances
50 % to 55 % of the total investments for EBM power plants to
provide all electronics, Black-Box and factory testing rigs.

The claim is that this is a self-runner or perpetuum mobilae.
It should not be too difficult for a scientist to check this claim.
The expert only has verify the apparatus does not use an external power source. Any electrical engineer can perform such a check.
Now what did the 'experts' sign:
A - Open coil test (production of HEAT only): operation is 130% efficient.
B- Closed coil test (production of electrical power AND HEAT): operation is 100,6% efficient.
So the apparatus produces more 'heat' energy than the electric input energy, or the electrical output power PLUS HEAT energy is greater than the electrical input power.
Who are the experts?
Dr. R.K.Varma does 'Power System Engineering' at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of Western Ontario. Mr. Bruno Ciccotelli works at Norfolk Power (V.P. Engineering & Operations). He graduated from University of Windsor in 1972 with an Electrical Engineering degree.
Are these experts really experts?
To measure 'heat' is not at all simple, so the expert must be at least a good physicist. Just having electrical engineering skills is NOT sufficient here.
Varma and Ciccotelli do not have the experience and knowledge in order to measure the heat energy correctly of such a big apparatus. They are not physicist, and it takes an experienced physicist to do heat measurements correctly. Any idea how Varma and Ciccotelli did the CALORIC MEASUREMENTS? I wouldn't know.
Conclusion: the claim of overunity is dubious, very likely totally false. And if the apparatus is a self-runner, why didn't the experts in electrical engineering sign a paper that states: "no external power source is needed" ????
So if you still think the claim is plausible, just visit EBM in Budapest and check it out!

What fuel are you talking about when you say, "fuel for 40
years"?
Over-unity machines should be self-running, depending on no outside source of energy but what is produced by the O-U machine itself. Does yours do that?
