UPDATE: "The Ranch" Business Strategy

Bill Alek writes: Hello all,
I updated "The Ranch" webpage detailing a business strategy that I believe will allow the facility and its consortium members to function as an incubator of breakthrough ideas. This is shown in Figure 8 and I believe is key to success.
http://www.intalek.com/Index/Projects/TheRanch2005/TheRanch.htm
We're
leaning towards setting up an LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation, for "The
Ranch" and its consortium members. An LLC offers shares in exchange for
funding, intellectual property, services rendered, parts and test equipment,
etc.
The product of "The Ranch" is intellectual property (ip) through
licensing agreements with PUBLIC manufacturing and sales and marketing firms.
This, in turn, will create a revenue stream.
Your comments regarding
"The Ranch" LLC are welcome?

Speaking of the "Ranch" we have a new video interview now
available online!
Innovators Bill Alek & Gary Voss walk us through their vision for a
scientific hub of innovation to create a hothouse for invention & discovery
in the Arizona desert. Think of it like an artist's colony for inventors - a
place where the best & brightest can work together on emerging technology
projects far away from the pessimism of mainstream
science...
---Related--- Overview:
We're joined by space & energy-activist Gary Voss to get the inside scoop on
the culture of breakthrough technology. Voss is the founder of Tap-Ten research,
and talks about his latest projects in building community focus on new
technologies, as well as the upcoming TeslaTech Conference & his
collaborative work with Unitel Aerospace.
Voss' latest project is simply
known as "The Ranch" - an emerging concept for a technology-development enclave
in the Arizona desert modeled after the artist's communes in the 60's. He's
taking it a step further, though, by building strong connects with technology
development groups to ensure that this emerging concept has the ability to
network between R&D organizations to eventually become a nexus for new
technology development. http://www.americanantigravity.com/articles/562/1/Gary-Voss-Interview -------------------- John Hutchison writes:

Just received a call from my dad. He LOVES the Chino Valley
area! http://www.chinoaz.net/
He's says it
has some REAL possibilities. I know Ralph Ring lived there at one time and
sounds like he wants to return and join "The Ranch" project: http://projectcamelot.org/ralph_ring.html
And
we just found out John Searl is interested in joining "The Ranch" project -
now thats a REAL shocker!
Tomorrow, my dad and sister will be checking
out some properties around Arcosanti. http://www.intalek.com/Index/Projects/Arcosanti/Arcosanti.htm
Then,
he and my sister will be driving down to Scottsdale and visit with the racing
secretary.
All-n-all, its sounds like they're have a great
trip!
I'm looking forward to moving ALL my stuff out there, and setup
shop. And others like James Schwartz of Noah's Ark Research are also anxious.
I'll be honest - I can't wait man. I'm ready to get goin! Things are getting
REALLY exciting Gary!
