    I am very impressed with Dr. Simhony's theory. He has provided us with definitive proof that space is filled with electrons and positrons. His comparison of the 1932 Carl Anderson electron pair production experiment with a similar phenomenon in the common NaCl salt crystal, is quite ingenious, and in making this comparison, he has provided us with the true physical significance behind the famous E=mc² equation. He has reminded us that E=mc² is a wave mechanics equation.

    However the short range repulsive force which is required to stabilize the EPOLA, is not compatible with electromagnetic theory. Equation (115) in part III of Maxwell's 1861 paper 'On Physical Lines of Force' demonstrates unequivocally that electromagnetism is rooted in the Coulomb force alone.

    Dr. Simhony believes that the EPOLA explains electromagnetism, and that the Coulomb force is a fundamental force acting between the electrons and positrons. As such, he needs to adopt a more dynamical structure for this dielectric sea, in which only the Coulomb force is involved in the stability mechanism.

    I have suggested that the electron positron pairs need to rotate in order for an electron positron medium to be stable. You can read more details in this article entitled, 'The Four States of the Electric Sea'
