DePalma e-book: of sweet dreams & flying machines
Posted on Sunday, January 09, 2005 @ 10:43:09 UTC by vlad

General Archer writes: Bonjour, Vlad et Cie:

It's been some time since I've written, so I wanted to let everybody (who's interested) know that our EDF Generator prototype project is still moving forward, albeit slowly due to vendor hassles. Sometimes even having the money to do something doesn't mean that it will get done on time . . .

In the meantime, we've also been busy with some great 'sideline' work prototyping a very sophisticated Faraday induction dynamo, based on the prior-art teachings of Nikola Tesla and Adam Trombly. The relevance of this news to your forum here is with regard to the new DePalma e-book I see a plug for in your recent posts.

For those who don't realize that we specialize in magnetic and electrostatic disk induction machine design at AESI, I would like to point out that DePalma's whole N-machine concept is neither fully what it purports to be nor fully invalid - but somewhere in between. My concise analysis of this "prior art", as seen in the 'Introduction' and 'Review' sections of our Over-Unity webpage (www.stardrivedevice.com/over-unity.html) should be of some interest to those are considering purchasing that e-book ("DePalma, Free Energy and the N-Machine", by J. Nayer Hardin). It will clearly show that, while DePalma's underlying design logic was flawed, his work is nevertheless historically interesting and relevant within the alternative energy systems field.

I might also point out that the fact the author has asked to be compensated for his efforts surely seems to have raised the typical ire. Why is it so hard for some people to realize or accept that even writers and inventors have to eat, and should be properly compensated sometimes for righteous work done? Where would we be if Tesla had starved to death before his life's legacy was realized, simply because some people thought it inapproproate for him to earn anything from it?? . . .

On that note, I would therefore like to extend an offer to share my recent definitive white paper with any of you disk dynamo or N-machine enthusiasts, on eddy current and stator coupling losses in the Faraday induction dynamo. A valid and accurate mathematical model is developed which clearly shows what can and cannot be expected from a disk dynamo. It moreover supports my prior claim that these machines have inherent over-unity potential that can be unlocked, but it also shows how much careful attention to detail and precision will be required to do so and why it has been so hard for prior-art inventors and experimenters to succeed in the attempt.

Rather than cause a "Share the Truth" riot (!), I will be glad to send a copy of this 7-pg. white paper [pdf] - which is both more fascinating and less complex than one might think - to any student or engineer who signs a simple 1-pg. NDA with us here at Archer Enterprises. It will assuredly dispel any mystery remaining about the nature of Lenz losses in the disk machines.

You may write me at engineering@stardrivedevice.com to request a copy of the "Eddy Current and Stator Coupling Losses" white paper. Thanks, and best regards for a prosperous and Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

Mark R. Tomion

Let’s be fair for a moment,

To promote a patented product with the one hand and take with the other hand appears unfortunately too much under the guise of "buy 1 and get 1 free" rhythm.

The inventor is following the protocol everyone else follows with his inventions which will bring its own reward I am sure.

Imagine if everyone asked to be compensated for Tesla's work or even Einstein’s theories (Life changing as it was and still is) simply because they added their flavor to it.

Will we be having this conversation?

Balance, it really goes both ways, let each one take what they need and have the rest follow down the stream for others to be fed as well.
I do however agree with you, If the e-book or even your work adds value (to us all-- I can only hope), then cost becomes irrelevant; however, is our goal today to break the strong resistance to "alternative" energy or to feed families? I assure you, once this gets to everyone we will have plenty of opportunities to create, invent and build something far greater than we can ever imagine , but by continuously using an “age old model” to deal with a “new age problem” simply does not work, it only feeds us and those who follow. I am hoping for an evolution, but will settle for a revolution. (No pun intended)

I commend your efforts and thank you for sharing your flavor with those (who really can) make a difference, for the sake of all the feeding families.

In all fields (oops) of research except the free energy one, inventors create an invention with their own money. They then have a viable demonstrable device for which they can then raise additional funds or sell directly to a manufacturer. They usually feed themselves with an unrelated "day job" like dustbin man, taxi driver, cleaner etc.

This is why I treat claims of "We/I need more money to continue the development" with distrust. I didn't see requests for money from the inventor of the workbench several years ago, or Dyson and his vacuum cleaner etc. etc.
Step1 : working prototype.
Step2 : wealth and fame.

Oh by the way, and I'm repeating myself. The first person to provide the world with a working free energy device will be world famous and rich irrespective of how it comes to market. The internet can ensure that their invention is in the public domain without the need for patents and even if "knicked" by a multinational.

It is concievable that such devices have been suppressed but I find it impossible to believe that countries like China with its obvious power needs would suppress such a device. I would have though they would stick up two fingers to the US if they had such a device.

So to all "free energy" inventors contact people in the largest economic block of the future!
