I hope you do not mind my contacting you but I have read much on this subject and know of one man in Chester, UK who used to be a mechanic. The story I have been told is that many years ago a man brought in a car that ran on water saying it was the car of the future. Years past and the mechanic saw the owner of the water fuelled car who stated that Shell made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

My petition may not make any difference but if I don't try it never will. Sooner or later this information will come out and the governments of the world will have to act.

If I can get this petition off the ground Avaaz will take it on and pass it on to their millions of members making it a global effort.
