1.) "Magnetic Warpcore" (c) Magnetic Field Oscillation device w/ Permanent Magnets in Magnetically Attractive Arrangements across the thickness of a dynamically oscillated closed loop magnetic core allow for symmetrical Magnetic Field Bifurcation, and perfectly balanced magnetic core conditioning. With symmetric core stimulation by input coils, and symmetric back mmF from Output Coils, and by applying equal magnetic field strength and timing (50% duty cycle) to each direction of Flux change within the core, the presence of two vertically stacked permanent magnets - one placed with a known pole into the core downwards from above, and one placed with it's opposite magnetic pole into the core upwards from below, such that if the closed loop magnetic core were like a toroid lying horizontally, one magnet is magnetically attached and placed sitting on top of the core, and the other is magnetically attached directly under the first, but is magnetically attached upwards and into the bottom of the horizontal magnetic core via it's opposite magnetic pole. Any core shape presenting a closed magnetic loop made of any material including free space may be used, and is hereby embodied. The preferred embodiment is to have 2*n with n >=1 such permanent magnet pairs (eg 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.) arranged such that an even number of permanent magnetic pairs are orientated with an exposed N-pole face on top and on bottom and an even number with an exposed S-pole face also on top and on bottom. This allows for a MODULAR assembly of numerous magnetic cores where a final 2 static magnetic return path cores are added such that one is placed above and one is placed below the inner dynamic core/permanent magnet assemblies. See attached The top and bottom two cores are magnetic static return cores, and the middle one or more cores would form dynamic core/permanent magnet assemblies. The PUBLIC DOMAIN disclosure is that this arrangement can allow for extremely symmetrical Flux displacement through the dynamic cores in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions, which can help to prevent unbalanced magnetic core conditioning when active permanent magnetics are added to the core,and as these fields are dynamically bifurcated within the core. Covered Applications are any form of Magnetic Field Oscillation device which (as of the date of this Public Domain Release) has not yet been Patented.

2.) Access and Use of Electrical Eddy Current Induction Processes in dynamically magnetically stimulated magnetic cores to potentially boost electrical power output from magnetic field motion devices such as magnetically enhanced Transformers and "Magnetic Warpcore"(c) devices. It is known that magnetically oscillating magnetic cores composed of metals or even ferrite materials or combinations thereof will cause electrical eddy currents within such magnetic cores. This PUBLIC DOMAIN disclosure shall herby protect the entire general concept of the Electrical Use of Electromagnetically Induced Currents within Magnetics Cores, and shall apply to any and all specific applications where any such induced currents and electrical potentials within a magnetic core are made accessible to Magnetic Field Motion devices of any kind, such as may occur as part of the design of the "Magnetic Warpcore" (c) described in item 1.) above by the correct placement of electrodes on the magnetic core itself with either capacitive or intimate electrical contact being made. Then the output voltages generated at one side of the Output Coils wound on the core can be delivered electrically to one such core electrode, while the other core electrode provides a magnetically enhanced Electrical Output which can be delivered through an electrical load that is to be driven, and then eventually back to the opposite (presently Low voltage) side of those same Output Coils. This potentially provides significant enhancement in Active Magnetically Enhanced Transformer-like Magnetic Field Motion Power Generation devices, and may lead to the development of ACTUAL MAGNETIC POWER ENHANCEMENT (MPE)(c) and DIRECT MAGNETIC ENERGY EXTRACTION (DMEE) (c) DEVICES.

1.) "Warpcore" or "Magnetic Warpcore" Devices are herein Publically DISCLOSED and are defined as Follows: Magnetic Loop Cores maybe constructed as having round torodial geometries, or square cubic geometries, and made of metals, ferrites or ferro fluids, or other materials, even possibly open free space, or non-magnetic materials, and such cores may have Active Permanent Magnets (PMs) attached such that some or all of their magnetic flux is made to flow within the effective magnetic core or area of free space that is operating as such. The Permanent Magnets (PMs) on such devices may be freely and easily arranged so that an even number of these Permanent Magnets are placed with a known type of magnetic pole facing into one side of a magnetic core, and so that an equal number of similar permanet magnets are placed so that their opposite magnetic pole face is also facing into that same side of that same magnetic core, and an additional similar arrangement of permanent magnets may be added to the other side of the core, with the preferred embodiment being that this second set of magnets is placed so that magnets with opposite magnetic pole faces are made to generally allign through the magnetic cross section of the magnetic core area. This allignment may be offset by as much as 90 degrees, or may be nearly perfectly vertical with a zero (0) degree offset, and still remain as qualifying to meet this public disclosure of invention and device. Such an arrangement of permanent magnents upon such an effective magnetic core area can be REPEATED again and again and again with layers of core - magnets - core - magnets -core such that there is always some form of static magnetic return path for both the top-most layer of magnet pole faces and the bottom-most layer of magnet pole faces where each final magnetic north pole permanent magnet face will have a final magnetic south pole face to interact with magnetically inside these two final static magnetic cores (or effective core areas). Additionally, any number of magnetically inductive electro magnetics coils may be added to any or all of the magnetic cores or effective magnetic core areas. And additionally ELECTRODES may be added to be able to access the magnetically induced electrical currents and potentials that may exist within any such Core / Magnet / Coil / Electrode arrangements, so that the induced electrical currents and potentials within such magnetic cores may be electrically accessed, either capacitively, or via intimate direct electrical connection between the core electrodes, and the magnetic cores themselves. Such arrangements and /or devices or machines shall hereby fall under the Term of Art we are now defining, and calling a "Magnetic Warpcore" or simply "Warpcore" for short. This name has been chosen because the Premanent Magnet Magnetic Fields may be "warped" within the magnetic core by the induced magnetic fields of some or all of the inductive magnetic coils that have been positioned around any such a magnetic core, or effective magnetic core area, and has no bearing or relavance to any other similar sounding terms that may be used elsewhere, but is being hereby defined as a scientific and Electrical Engineering Term for any and all devices which a.) involve any possible type or form of magnetic field oscillation within b.) any device which meets some or all of the physical component contents and arrangements described herein above. MAGNETIC ENERGY RESEARCH LABS (inc.) - a US Nevada Corporation, is now hereby describing and placing ALL of this information about these so-called "Warpcore" or "Magnetic Warpcore" devices into the Public Record for ALL to use for ALL TIME as a matter of PUBLIC DISCLOSURE so that any such a device containing any portion or all of the magnetic core / Permantent magnet / Inductive Coil / Core Electrode arrangement possibilities herein described may NEVER be patented or claimed in ANY Patent anywhere in the world, as it is NOW a matter of PUBLIC RECORD, and a Design that may be FREELY USED BY ANY AND ALL PERSONS OR LEGAL ENTITIES.
