      Hal Puthoff's 1 Watt Challenge
    Description: ABSTRACT

In researching innovative energy sources, we are faced with a good news/bad news situation. On the good news side, new arenas of research activity are being opened up and pursued vigorously. These range from relatively mainstream approaches to develop solar energy, to highly innovative approaches to extract energy from vacuum fluctuations. On the bad news side, despite varying degrees of claimed success, there are as yet no standalone devices in this class (with the exception of solar devices) that unambiguously demonstrate the generation of net excess energy to the satisfaction of the consens ual research community. It is suggested here that the credibility of these efforts requires meeting what we call "The I Watt Challenge," the demonstration of a device that can continuously generate, on a stand-alone, self-powered basis, a minimum of at least I watt excess average output power."

      Phase-Wave Civilization by D.A. White
Description: We are now experiencing a global phase transition from habitual focus on matter-wave modality to habitual focus on phase-wave modality. And some people are becoming proficient in both modalities and light-wave modality too. What is the evidence for this? Just look around. The evidence is very evident. You are reading this article. Probably you are looking at a computer screen. Movie screens, TV screens, and computer screens are all wave-guides that operate in phase-wave modality when they interface with the observer. Many of you currently spend a major portion of your waking lives experiencing in phase-wave mode, and you don't even realize it.

PHOTOMETRIC PARADOX AND RELICT RADIATION - TWO SIDES OF ONE PHENOMENON?
Description: The hypothesis in the context of which, photometric paradox and relict radiation are considered in a unified context, is investigated. On the basis of this hypothesis the relict background is considered as the sum of all stars radiations in the stationary and infinite Universe. Space experiments [9] which have resulted in opening anisotropy of relic radiation, have served as the basis for such assumption. The authors undertook the attempt to find reasons in favour of such an assumption. It gives the opportunity to solve the photometric paradox even in the framework of the model of the infinite, stationary universe.

    I support unconditional release
I support release if my job is safe
Release, but control deployment (by gov...?)
